我校与来自波兰、德国、捷克、西班牙、印度、越南等7个国家的13所高校共同成功申请了欧盟伊拉斯谟+高校师资能力提升项目，目前项目前期建设已顺利完成。该项目旨在加强专业教师培训，发展具有创新教学方法的教育领域的研究生级课程，提供高质量专业实践认证，以帮助受训学员应对日益复杂和多样化的教育和社会环境，提供有效和创新的课堂教学体验，提升教学综合素质和就业竞争力。现面向校内青年教师和在读研究生公开招募首批学员若干。

　　SSPU, together with 13 universities from 7 countries including Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, India and Vietnam successfully applied FRACTION. The project is running smoothly so far. The FRACTION central objective is to deliver a unique opportunity to enhance the education of teachers and gain recognition for high-quality professional practice through developing a postgraduate program in the field of education with innovative teaching methodologies, enhancing pedagogical competencies. This will enable the teachers to respond to the increasing complex and diverse educational and social environment, by delivering effective & innovative teaching and learning experiences in the classroom to enhance the quality and employability of graduates.

招募要求 Recruitment Requirements

• 学历要求硕士研究生，或本科拥有2年以上教学工作经历。
• 熟练使用信息和通信技术软件，如谷歌文档、电子制表、PowerPoint等，致力于交互式学习创新课堂模式开发。
• 具备远程学习或在线学习能力。
• Educational qualification should be Master’s degree or Bachelor degree with minimum 2-year teaching experience
• Can use information and communication technologies, like Google docs, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint and develop Interactive Learning for Innovative Classroom Management.
• Having experience in distance learning or e-learning, as a student or academic.
• Familiar with the term of sustainable development.
